High Tech but low quality

I bought this washer from Best Buy and 4 months later it broke. The top load door latch broke and it would no longer close latch or wash. LG refused to fix stating latch and door were not covered under warranty. Additionally Best Buy refused to take it back or fix it because it was over 90days old and still covered under manufacturer/lg warranty.
Love the capacity and very satisfied with them.

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.I bought the LG for the large capacity. The only thing i do not like is i cannot see where the on off and start icons are on the glass screen.
